When attempting to schedule an appointment to fix the 3rd brake light on the Buick I had bought 2 weeks ago I was shuffled between 3 different people and always ended up leaving voice messages. This was very inconvienent since I was at work not to mention frustrating. After finally receiving an appointment date/time, upon my arrival at Everette's, Daniel greeted me when I entered the room and offered to assist me. Unfortunately the young late who gave me the appointment did not put it in the computer but Daniel took care of the situation and provided me with a loaner vehicle. Daniel exhibited the utmost sincerity, concern and professionalism during this entire time. Where I was frustrated and disappointed with my experience side buying my car and considered not dealing with Everette again, Daniel's customer service has changed my opinion of what I had experienced and I will continue to utilize this dealer.
