I asked if they would run my vehicle through the car wash and they said they would. When I picked it up it was not washed. Also, I think I have paid for tire rotation every oil change. The vehicle has 47,000 miles. I was told yesterday they did not rotate the tires because 2 were in the red and 2 were in the yellow. I should have better wear on my tires.
