I arrived for my appointment and they got my vehicle back quickly. I was also informed of a recall that had just been issued and they took care of it at the same time. It’s great not having to make a second visit. Employees were wiping down tables throughout my visit, and people were doing well at keeping their distance from others.

Unfortunately the issue was not corrected by the recommended fix from the manufacturer. I drove 5 minutes back home with my truck and the irregular popping and clicking noise from the AC cluster on the dash is still present. I was hopeful to get it resolved under warranty but at this point I would be willing to pay for labor to avoid selling or trading it.
