I called and asked if the service department was open and if I could get some tires put on and was told “yes, no appointment needed. Then I drove an hour and half to get there. Got there at 12:30 and around 1:45 they called and said they didn’t have any tires like was on my truck..??? I said, ok, get my truck ready so I can leave. They said “don’t you want the recall fixed?” And I said “y’all haven’t finished that yet?” And the service department said “we are working on it now “ I said ok finish it” I walked out side a few minutes later and saw them pulling my truck into the bay. They had done absolutely nothing for an hour and 1/2 on a slow slow day. I finally got my truck around 4:00 and drove 1 1/2 hours home with no tires.
