I met Pete for the first time today.... he is the only reason why I would ever consider buying from Grapevine Ford again. Your system needs a revamp. I was never able to speak to anyone to simply get an oil change quote. After being on terminal hold, I elected to have someone call me back to. A call came from a woman in India... who wasn’t able to provide a quote. She indicated she’d have someone call me. I waited all day then decided to drive to dealership to speak to someone face to face. It was there I was referred to Pete. Pete is exceptional... your system lacks customer service.

I was disappointed that after determining that my fuel cap might need replacement on Friday, on Monday I was told that they needed to order it and my car would not be fixed until Tuesday. I do appreciate that when I told Victor I could not wait until Tuesday for my car, he got the part Monday and the car was ready that afternoon.
