Service adviser was not very friendly, seemed stand offish and had to track him down to get our car in and also to find out the status of the work performed. Other advisers came up to us and greeted us but ours was sitting at his desk the entire time we were there. He was put off when we asked the status of our vehicle. Not going work with him again and will request one of more friendly advisers we saw on staff.

Thank you. Daven did a great job. I was not happy to need to have car serviced with such low miles but his friendly manner and follow up re info and install of floor mats made it worth being there. He should be recognized for going beyond what is required for a customer.
Years ago I was so irritated with one of your service consultants I refused to return….never said a thing but nearly did not purchase a Lexus over the experience. So please reward Davin, he is a huge asset to your business.

Had 1000 appt, truck sat for 3 hr 18 mins before service started. Clarence Diggs stated the 1000 appt was only to do the paperwork and start waiting. Totally unacceptable and wasteful of my time.
Angela barely talked to me, and did seem to care and lacks customer service.
