I’m not a fan of the new scheduling system. I would rather talk directly to my adviser. The last time I tried to schedule the scheduler got focused on my email being wrong and wouldn’t let it go. I finally had to end the call and did it myself online. The problem was my scheduled oil change for the morning didn’t get done until the next day. If I had been able to talk to john in person he would have steered me to do my service on another day. John is great. The scheduling system has decreased the overall quality of the service

Eric told me exactly what I needed I went back to my house and got all the necessary keys. At the moment I got back my car was in the bay. I left to do some grocery shopping and by the time I was done at 10o’clock I am. Eric had everything done and my car was washed. I couldn’t be more happy with his service.I was plenty early for my 11:15 AM appointment thanks to Eric. If I ever have a service problem I’m gonna ask for him by name.
