I called several times to find out status and only received an answer late in afternoon. I dropped the car with Nick, shortly after a text msg came in letting me know Vickie was my service advisor, I called several times and no one could find the vehicle and when I came in late in the afternoon, I found out the advisor was yet a totally different person.
