This is my second time I came back to Lexus because of trust that Mr. Scott Monge provided to me from last visit. (My Lexus LS460 needed to replace misfire #2 ).
Many of us , in general, are pretty nervous when bringing our car to dealership for service. We don’t how much it would cost us and how bad the car is. And many times we don’t want to believe what we hear.
I am very lucky that I have found my trust in Mr. Scott Monge. Now bringing my car to southern Lexus for service is no longer a pain anymore. Thank you for building trust to your customers, Mr. Scott Monge.
