Mr. Hallock was very upfront with information on my vehicle throughout the day. When they determined that it couldn't be finished, a rental was arranged for me to pick up. When my car was ready early the following day, it was 2 signatures and I was out the door. It was a great experience working with Mr. Hallock.

Leave this Well for starters I brought my truck in for CEL. I already knew the code was for wastegate. It ran. It idled. It seemed like there was some power delay after 60 but still got speeds to 80. I was told the vacuum pump was bad need replacing and an engine treatment cleaning done. I approved. Now I have zero power barely made it around the block. The idle was never rough. I never claimed it was rough. But yet here I am with an inoperable truck after I brought in an operable truck. So I paid $1200 to make my truck inoperable.

A bunch of crooks at the service department .. All I wanted to get was the Zaggtek detail (which I paid $750 for 10 times) but all what the service manager wanted to do was to get my car serviced for the first time (he kept saying use it or loose it after six months) and after an hour and a half I still do not think they gave my car the Zaggtek detail service and instead they just washed the car .. I will never go back to this bad lexus service .. a bunch of thieves !!

South County Lexus provides excellent customer service. I was impressed to receive a phone call informing me of a fuel pump recall. I brought our vehicle in the next day for service. Hassan Sarim is our Service Technician. He is always very professional, personable and great to assist with servicing our Lexus RX 450 Hybrid.
