I have no idea who Jesus is and I was told while booking my appointment that it would be about an hour and a half then told by the service writer Mr. Abbott that it be at least 3 hours and then it turned out, after 3 hours of no response with numerous Voicemail and messages through the service desk I finally received a call it would be ready at about 2pm. This was for a simple oil change service at 7.5 hours, why ?
