The tires were rotated and air pressure checked. I’m still getting low tire message. Please advise.

It's been a horror story since I bought the truck from you guys, the service department is absolutely terrible. The only reason I even came in is to use my oil changes up. This time was better but that's not saying much. Some old Karen came into the waiting room and said "no one wants to watch this trash" to a show that several people were in fact watching and she changed it to some 1950s black and white movie. Also truck was not washed again. In fact it's never been washed by you guys even when you had it for 4 MONTHS and your service advisor lied straight to my face saying it was washed. It takes a lot of balls to send me a survey asking if I'd recommend you to a friend or family. I wouldn't recommend you to my worst enemy.

The call center with "Service Coordinators" does a disservice to your facility. When asked, I was told 3 times the requested Service Advisor was in the building & would call back. He was not in the building & so could not call back, needlessly frustrating the customer.
Kyle's assistance and effort quite good and not in question...just the process of the service call center.

I have dropped off my truck 3 times to fix my center console and it’s still not working like it should. A 4th time was scheduled and I decided to cancel that appointment because I’m honestly tired of wasting my gas driving up there and back, also having to hurry up at my job just so I could get there before you all close and my time being wasted for something that should have been fixed the first time. I’m not motivated anymore to come back up there for a service of any kind. I’m also having a issue with my upper glove compartment as it won’t stay open on it’s own anymore which I haven’t mentioned to anyone yet because I really don’t want my dashboard tore apart in fear of it not going back together properly like my console. Sean F. has always been professional and willing to help but because of the inconvenience of multiple trips I don’t think I can trust my vehicle being serviced there.
