There is a grinding noise common from the bottom driver side that started 2 mo ths after the purchase. We brought it in 1 time in Gallup NM Chevrolet dealership and 2x with Midway in Phoenix. Each time we are told theres nothing wrong. Today Mr. Abbott's demeanor and customer service was unacceptable considering us having to drive 5 hiurs into Phx when there was a winter storm watch. He has no empathy with our ongoing bad experience with the truck. Dragon was the one who procided a thorough explanation and apologized. At that point, my frustration turned into tears. I hope this is the last time we bring it.
