The hood of our car wasn’t properly closed after being serviced. My son had already left the dealership when he heard the warning chimes. He had to pull into a parking lot to figure out what the problem was (he actually called me for help). This isn’t how I would expect the car to be returned to us, and I’m sorry he had to deal with it.
