Hugh was great and very conscious and respectful of my time constraint. He kept me in the loop about my vehicle and made sure I got out in time to get my kids from school. All around great service from the Midway Chevy service team!

Alfredo, Pete, Cindy and a whole team did a wonderful job as always with my vehicle. I stopped in unannounced for a 70,000 mile oil change and it went off without a hitch everything was executed flawlessly. I even added a new battery. Alfredo did a great job tracking my vehicle history and helped me and my OCD nature stay ahead on maintenance issues. My 2015 F150 is running the best it’s ever run.

First off I never got called to say that it was done I walked over so my truck was in the same position and dirty with mud still I figured that nothing happened I was ready to get my keys and walk out of there then I stood in front of Caesars window for at least 10 minutes without being a big knowledged until some other gentleman came up and said how was your day I said it's not going too well I'll just waiting on see they're here he's not acknowledging me and I asked how come you guys don't watch trucks anymore and they said your truck didn't get washed and I said nope I could go on but that's enough
