Jacob didn't give me regular updates. He wasn't looking for me to say that the vehicle was ready, and For that I was waiting 2 hours more. He sent a TX note 12:11pm to say the vehicle was ready only needed to prepare a few documentation. I was happy because I came in without appointment 10:45 am, but after that totally silent until that I asked him 2:10 pm.

Daven is awesome. Always works well with me. Keeps me informed. Arranges a loaner car. Never pushy or tries to oversell. He’s only a text away. Much appreciated!

I like to let you know Edward did an excellent job in assisting me. I did come in without a scheduled appointment yet he was able to assist me with no problem. My battery died on me and my rear wiper broke per my car wash people. He’s an excellent employee very professional and courteous.

I was at first very disappointed that my regular service provider, Jacob Vargas, was not available. The only reason I bring my two cars to Cerritos is because of the exceptional customer service he provides. When Jaime was assigned to us I had to give in and let him. He wasn't Jacob, but he was great. We received our car back in the time he gave us and he kept us informed and worked with us on a price we could handle.

everything started off perfectly. amazingly fast. then I was told it would take about two to three days to even evaluate the vehicle because they were so busy. then 5 days to get a part. then it was another delay because it was the wrong part. that was overnighted. so that was another 48 hours. we are now at 10 days. and 2 days to complete the job. Now we're at 12 days. add the weekend. we are now at 14 days. to top it all off, it cost me a lot of money for a rental car. this was supposed to be a warranty job, that means I should not have to pay for anything as a rule, except my $100 deductible. The warranty company said they would pay for 5 days of rental. I ended up paying for the rest, plus the addition I added for extra insurance. it cost me $700 for a rental car. conclusion. Rather than waiting 5 days for a part to begin with, that should have been overnighted, saving three to four days. anything over the 5 days of rental covered, should be excused by the dealership. because enterprise was used, that makes it an issue. The bright spot was, I got the dealer rate for the rental, otherwise, it would have cost me twice as much. most of this is out of his control. however, the parts issue could have been handled better. it would be nice to get some kind of reimbursement for the rental. that would be, $400 that I was charged at your end. The remainder was my problem. As a whole, it was a positive experience despite the unnecessary delay. final thought. it took 14 days when it should have taken about five at the most. thank you, MICHAEL S
