We had an okay-ish experience. The vehicle was very dirty. I asked twice to make sure the vehicle was well cleaned and detailed before we drove over an hour one way to pick it up. When we arrived, it still had wrappers and trash underneath the seats and filth everywhere. I have two pictures of it, should I need to provide them to someone. They “detailed” this car three times, supposedly, and it was still dirty. The manager offered to give us a $100 reimbursement for us to have if detailed on our own. It is frustrating that we bought a $50,000 car and it was filthy when we went to pick it up. At 6 months pregnant, I had to crawl through there and show them what to clean.
Otherwise, Julian and Matt were great to work with. They did a great job working for our business. It was the vehicle being cleaned that we were disappointed with.
