The guy who helped me was great but I asked to have my car washed and when I got there to pick it up 2 hours later it wasn’t done. I would suggest checking to make sure everything requested is completed before you have someone come pick up the vehicle

Richard was amazing! Quick, courteous and a pleasure to work with. He even washed my Jeep. As for the service, turns out I needed not one but two batteries. One little problem, the technician failed to connect the assessor battery terminal. I took a picture before I went ahead and connected it myself. Did he really change both batteries? I don’t know. I guess it’s up to me to tear the Jeep apart to see for myself. I know good help is hard to find. Just a bummer. I’ll run my Jeep over to another dealer and have them double check the work. My time at my firm bills out at $2500 per hour. I wish your tech didn’t waste it. Time is all we have! Just disappointed.

Just heads up, I found several areas had grease smears on my driver's seat and on the driver's door panel. Tech needs to be more alert to double-check everywhere he touches on ensuring there are no grease deposits inside the truck.
