Extremely disappointed with the complete lack of customer service and consideration. Brought in my truck for regular 10 k service and was given back a fully crooked steering. Was asked to wait another day for the manager to look into it and now all managers are off and I’m left without a car for the holidays
I was told the manager is out enjoying a vacation with family and can’t be disturbed but it’s ok for me to not being able to take my family out and enjoy with them
