My dash was not put back on properly, there was a bolt that was in my door from somewhere inside my dash that wasn’t put back on, my steering wheel is making a clicking noise and my steering wheel is slipping when I make a sharp left turn or u-turn to the left. I’ve tried to call several times to get this resolved with no call back.

I bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler, 2017 Fiat Spider and a 2020 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership.
The 2020 Jeep Wrangler purchase and the initial 3 Service Visits were all an absolute disaster. The Staff & Management were totally incompetent and the experience was so bad I went out of my way to warn people to stay away from the Airpark dealership. I have a multi-year Service Agreement on the 2020 Jeep which is the only reason I continue to go this dealership.
The last 2 service visits on the 2020 Jeep have been closer to a normal experience.
