I brought my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for routine oil change at 6001 miles, and tire balance and rotate on 1/20/2022. The Jeep was also left to have an A/C issue rectified. The routine maintenance was completed, and a leaking A/C evaporator unit was replaced new. My Jeep was at Scottsdale Airpark dealership for 8 days before I first reacquired my vehicle. Upon driving home the same day as pick-up I noticed that no air was blowing from my right side, front passenger vent. I returned the Jeep same day, extremely displeased with the outcome of the A/C issue. John Ortero was completely accommodating when I returned within an hour of leaving. I spoke with his manager by the name of Todd(?), and was told that my Jeep would not be worked on until the following Monday 1/31/2022 (these transpirations taking place on Friday 1/28/2022) because the service tech Josh Nguyen LIC# 1884 would not be in until then. I believe another tech could've looked at my vehicle sooner, or Josh be called in to fix his mistake. When it comes to customer satisfaction, this rates very low. The Jeep was already in that shop for a total of 8 days. I picked up my Jeep the following said Monday afternoon. John revealed to me that the numbered call-slip had fallen into the dash during re-assembly, and completely occluded the aforementioned vent. I said to John, "well that sounds like Josh did not check his work to make sure all vents were working properly." John agreed with me. This is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to quality control. Invoice states that a 90 multi-point inspection was performed, was it really? I would be willing to have John as my service rep in future visits, but will absolutely request that Josh does not work on my vehicle. I was without my vehicle for 11 total days, 3 of which were COMPLETELY avoidable had Josh checked the vents properly at the end of the repair, especially since the job was 100% ventilation related.
