Raechel did good job given the conditions of the service department and the lack of space, mechanics etc. I scheduled ahead of time dropped my truck off on Thursday at 5, before for a 9:30 appointment on Friday. I didn’t get my truck back until 3:30 on Saturday. And once again no Zartek …I had washed my truck off but it wasn’t good enough they said to do the coating. My contract I most likely look for another dealership or garage for further maintenance needs. I think this is the third truck I have purchase through your dealership …the gal who answered the service department calls needs to be trained for her job…she spoke in such a rush and was flip. I think the department is in crisis. Raechel did the best she could. Buck stops with management
