When the car was returned to us, the carpet floor on the driver’s side was very dirty with oily black shoe print dirt as well as something black and oily on the front passenger seat. I take pride in keeping my car clean especially the interior and was completely disappointed finding it like this. I took pictures if proofs are needed.

This is the email I sent the manager the day of my service Hi John, I was in your service department today for recall work on my 2012 Versa. Needless to write, I won’t be bringing my vehicle back to this location in the future. My car was here 7 hours and not completed as promised keeping me from a very important commitment I had tonight. I understand that “things take time”, “the computer is slow today”, and “we’re doing the best we can”. These phrases are not only patronizing but also do not ever help any situation. Further, if I ask a service advisor “what do we do about this”, I am certain the response should never be “what do you want me to do? Since I couldn’t know anything about the organizational workings of a car dealership how is the customer to answer that question? I could have brought it in tomorrow (Sunday) had I been told it would not be done on time. Which was vague to begin with and all along the entire process. Regardless, I’ll take my vehicle elsewhere in the future. Thank you for your time

The service I received was very good Jacob made me feel ensured that my car will be taken car of in the right hands and I was satisfied with the work done on my car. The only problem that I did have is I could not have my car diagnosed in the same day. I have a problem with my cars ac it only blows hot on the passenger side while the driver side works fine. I can only leave the car there for the weekend and you are closed on Sunday. They said that you guys are 3-4 days behind on work for cars and to just see what is wrong I would have to leave it but I can’t because I need the car for work the rest of the week. I just wish there was some way to diagnose it one week and buy the parts so that the next weekend I can just get it installed. Time was also an issue because it took 3 hours for an oil change and inspection even after I had to book an appointment 2 weeks in advance.
