This is horrible service. I will never go here for anything ever again except for the fact that you guys need to replace the rear view mirror that originally came with this Jeep. I took this Jeep in because when I bought it the visors fell when I turn them down. I take them in to get fixed and I get back a completely new visors and rearview mirror that are a downgrade from what I had when I bought the Jeep. This is the type of stuff that isn't okay. There is no way that I'm okay with this. I pay a lot of money for this Jeep and I'm not going to take it in to get work done to get it back with downgrades. Someone needs to fix it.

The mechanical work and staff were top notch as always, but the “full detail” job was basically a car wash with armor all on the tires. Trunk wasn’t vacuumed and the door jams and wheel wells weren’t cleaned. Very disappointed in that.
