I had a scheduled appointment and the person I scheduled with did not advise me of my wait time. Had he done so I would have scheduled my day differently. I bought my car at this dealership and loved that experience. However I live 1.5 hrs away in traffic. I was advised I could get a loaner but did not know until afterwards I h could have had it for 25 hours. I actually was stressed because I had to drive back to San Diego and then back right past the OC dealership the next day. That would have been perfect. My advisor was terrific. But it’s my fault I didn’t explain the situation. Everything turned out fine and that is the only reason I give 4 stars. I was trying to plan the visit for my prepaid service while traveling thru OC. Otherwise, the coffee snacks tv and the lounge area is very nice compared to San Diego dealership. I appreciated that because I was able to get some work done while on the road.
