I dropped off my car at 8:15. I called the representative around 330. Didn’t get a callback until 7 o’clock that night. Nobody had looked at my car. He didn’t even know if he could look at my car the next day. If you’re not sure if you could look at someone’s car, don’t create an appointment. I picked up my car and will take it somewhere else to get fixed.

Jacob Skaalen is a quality young man and service advisor. You are lucky to have him at Airpark. Initially I was not happy with what I was told about my repairs not being under warranty, when I was told ot would be covered on a previous visit. But Jacob was understanding, continued to work it and got it handled. That goes a long way with customers, especially in the auto industry (I worked in it myself). Great job Jacob.
