Service experience was good.

First, nothing I'm about to type should reflect on Anthony Gatta. He came into the process very late and was excellent in communicating with me at least once a day, which was greatly appreciated. Airpark Jeep Service kept my jeep for over a month for what should’ve been a straightforward repair. Up until the point that Anthony took over, communication was horrendous. I requested on three or four different occasions through a couple of different channels to have the general manager call me and I never received a call. I was lied to, misled, and flat out ignored for nearly 3 weeks. I’ve been a customer of Airpark Jeep for over 12 years. And for most of those 12 years the service has been excellent. In the last couple of years however things have deteriorated greatly . When you can’t get a phone call from the general manager after several requests and when you desperately need assistance, something has to change. When my Jeep was finally returned I noticed that the coolant was completely empty and the brake fluid reservoir cap was missing. Since getting my Jeep back, I have requested information about another minor repair I need performed. That was about five days ago and I have yet to receive a call regarding that issue. And it’s not just the service department, I’ve been in the market for a new Rubicon for a couple months. I recently purchased one from Bill Luke because I could not get Airpark sales department to call me back. I would really like to continue being a customer of Airpark Jeep Service. I have 12 years of history there and the location is extremely convenient for both my office and home. But after this experience and unfortunately similar experience last summer, I just can’t see how I can continue to bring my vehicles there.
