This was one of the most painful and disappointing service experiences I've ever had. Edgar never proactively called me to communicate what was going on with our vehicle. I called often, left messages and had to keep escalating to get answers. A week and a half later when we finally picked up our vehicle...it was filthy dirty and he never completed all the work I asked for. First and last time ever visiting mid way.....you guys really nees to get it together
