The service with Jaime was great like always. He goes above and beyond to help his customers, even on his day off. Nissan however, needs a lot of work. The car rental department is a disaster. Never again will I get a car rental from Nissan. I have never experienced such incompetence from a company. The lack of care I received from that department was astonishing.

I am very pleased with the Grapevine Ford service department. I needed an oil change and Chris Walker made it happen. I have tried to get service done at a couple of dealerships in the metroplex for three weeks. We couldn’t get it done in our time slot. Nice experience dropping my Jeep off for service. Friendly and attentive staff. Only recommendation is establishing a central service counter when returning to pick up my vehicle. You have to walk into the service area and find your service advisor, but most of their names are not on their front office doors
