Heath is excellent. He knows that service department can take care of my car. He takes care of the customer. The maintenance department was a mess on Friday. What should have been done in less than 2 hrs took 4 1/2 hrs. Heath kept me informed, offered me options. There is a Lincoln dealer 7 miles from my house. But I will drive 20 miles because of Heath’s proven customer service care.
