Due to a 6000 mile road trip after my first service I was back in again for another oil change and tire rotation after only two weeks. No appointment and got there at 5pm. Kyle was very accommodating and got me in and out in about 40 minutes which was much appreciated. Great guy and team at this location. From a guy that used to work in customer service many years ago their attention to detail and the customer experience is top notch.

Took way longer than expected. This was just initial 5000 inspection yet it took 1:30 … so long that I had to leave before they could wash my car. It was almost as if I had not made an appt which I did
My first 5000 and 10000 mike services were supposed to be free, and this initial 5000 was free, but I definitely felt like I was trying to be upsold with additional services.
I went to this one because I had great service upon purchase of the vehicle. But will try another Lexus location for next service.
