Drop my car off and John was very nice. He left work and I called five times. No one could tell me that he was gone???? Finally I said I’m driving over and when I got there my car was already done I had been done for a while. I just don’t think it was very good that someone didn’t pick up the ball and fall through so that my expectations were met. Very poor service
