My 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the 3.6L Pentastar V6 had the oil changed at Airpark Jeep /Dodge in Scottsdale AZ on 5/5/2022.. The oil they changed/drained out was 0W20 Synthetic.. the new oil added was 5W30 Synthetic and not what is called out in the owner’s manual or called out on the oil filler cap.. I AM LIVID THAT THEY COULD SCREW THAT UP!! WHAT IS MOPAR/JEEP GOING TO DO TO RECTIFY MY PROBLEM AND THE PROBLEM CREATED BY AIRPARK DODGE/JEEP??

Yes satisfied with the work and Ezra at the end when finally my car was done. I just want to say that I had a set appointment and I was there on time but my car was not seen for about one and half hour later. Apparently many cars came in at the same time but I had a set appointment that had been set up weeks earlier and this should b honored. Ezra did what he could to speed up the process but after getting there at 1030 and leaving after 1 just does not make sense to me.

I left the dealership the day of service and it leaked out all the oil. They sent me a tech he fix the problem which was the oil filter he put a new one on and filled it back up with oil. We then took it back to the dealership and i left it there for the mechanics to clean the engine. The next day i went to pick up the car and the engine was still dirty. They cleaned it again then when they gave it back to me i decided to check the oil and it was very low. They took it back inside and overfilled it which then they had to jack it back up and empty it out to refill it. Anthony was very helpfull with everything he took really good care of me. Its your mechanics that honestly cant do a simple oil change. Will definetly not be going back there if you have any questions feel free to reach out to me any time ****-****-xxxx
