Made an appt and still waited almost 3 hours with no updates. I text the service number after 2 hours asking for an update and never recieved a response so after another 30 minutes, i had to go outside and find somone to ask. They said they were washing my car but it came back dirtier than when i came in.

Bob the Tech was great. But I called prior to make the appointment and was told to do it through my LincolnWay app. They did come pick up my car but they were suppose to leave a loaner car (per the description on the app$ and did not do that. I now have to have another appointment to get the other things fixed on my car. Should have all been done at the same time as requested in the appointment info. I have so far not had the "Lincoln Experience " that I was told would happen when I bought the car. It's been frustrating to say the least.

Been going to the dealership over 30 years I took my card courtesy Chevrolet after your dealership. Your service department appears very on organized I was told 50 cars ahead of me my car would be days before they could even look at it. I have a 2021 Chevy 2500 HD diesel cancel my appointment at your dealership taking 8 miles further to courtesy Chevrolet In my 70s but I’ll drive much further your service department used a great has just gone downhill
