You can't tell a customer that it will take 10 minutes to program a new key and then have them wait close to two hours to get the key. I almost missed a very important meeting due to poor communication or poor execution. It says my time is not very valuable. In today's inflationary environment you need to up your game or customers are going to go elsewhere.
