Please read my yelp posting. It said it all. Your Mike and Ronnie were humiliated by some gesture they NEVER did during their career at your facility - holding an uninstalled windshield to get my approval. I made some suggestions how they might be able to improve the ways for customers like ne to be able to tell if the 4th windshield will work with no wavy ripple distortion effect on my eyes. I'm disgusted by the whole process I've experienced in your facility for this 1 and Half months!!!

I do tire rotation at Costco. I had a Costco sticker on my windshield noting rotation mileage. After the oil change service, I found out that you took it off. It is very rude. How dare you touch things in my car. I bought my Escape from Grapevine Ford and have been using them for maintenance since. But I will go to other places from now on. Hands off.
