I worked with Daven and he was amazing. Will always use him as my service consultant. People answering the phone from service were unable to answer questions about the costs I might expect and did not offer to have me talk to someone else. That was a problem I wanted estimates so I could know what to expect as far as costs. Other than that I was pleased.

Twice before dropping my truck off on Monday May 9th I confirmed with 2 different people that I would need to do a late pick up on Sunday May 15th after my flight had returned to Phoenix. I tried contacting the service department multiple time Friday the 13th and Saturday the 14th with no answer. Because my truck was not completed I had to stay in a motel Sunday night and waste more of my hard earned money. When picking the truck up I was surprised to see how dirty it still was even though it was supposed to have had a wash and the special coating to protect the paint from the sum. I brought it up to Brad and he assured me it got done first thing but looked dirty from the test drive. There was still mud on the truck, there is no mud in Phoenix seeing as it's all asphalt roads and it hasn't rained in months. I called Brad back to notify him that either his workers lied to him about the wash or he lied to me about the wash. I wasn't upset it didn't get done but I was upset I was lied to. All in all this was not a good experience and communication needs to significantly improve.
