I brought my truck in for a Zaktec car wash and I was very unhappy with the way my truck looked afterwards. The truck was obviously washed but when I picked it up, I saw that the windows were not cleaned because there were small spots from what appeared to be a sprayer, all over my windows. The runners were not cleaned because they still had dirt on them.
The inside of my car appeared to be completely ignored. My dashboards had dust, my coffee holders still had spilt coffee, trash was inside my doors, and my upholstery still had stains.
My wife has Zaktec with Nissan and they always do an absolute fantastic job with her Armada, so I know what I am supposed to receive. Furthermore, my vehicle was left with Ford the entire day. A rep said he called me, text me, and voice-mail, but I have none. I needed my truck for the weekend otherwise, I would've left it there and had Ford fix the issue.
I absolutely love Ford but I am not sure about using the service center again.

Had the Transverse 2 weeks. First time I told him about the A/C
Into dealership 6 times. It’s works for about two months and looses its Freon. The Techs must not know how it check for leaks. Also told him that
I sell New Brake pads & one of the last time in they said it needed rear pads.
I had my tech that does work for are family install them with new rotors. Tech said only one left side pad was wore. I told Jorge about rear brake problem. He said he would check for recall. A week later I stopped by for book out of my truck. I ask again he they had checked the left rear brake.
He said it would be done. I picked up truck today he was not working and checking the rear brake was not ever written up service order!!!!!!!!!

Since the last 2 or 3 times, I am not seeing any work done inside the car. It feels as if just a car wash is being done for Zaktek. However, Bob's services were excellent as always. I am sure the person who does Zaktek is different. Also, with every car wash, I see new scratches on the car. This is quite an irritant. I don't want to ding the service person at all as he is very good. It is the person or persons actually working on the car that are not doing their job or doing it badly.

Pete was great, he explained the service options. Because it was a lengthy service he even arranged a rental. The only down side was my truck did not go through the car wash as has been the custom in the past.
