I had an appointment for 7am on 5/3/22. I was contacted that evening saying there was still 6 cars ahead of mine. So at 4pm on the 4th I was contacted and said everything was a go and parts were ordered it would ne 3 days. At that time I told Hugh I needed my truck since I work construction, he said it was all taken apart and they would get on it should be Saturday Monday at the latest. I get a txt Monday at 3pm saying parts are in will be done by 2pm the next day 5/10/22 I txt Hugh on the 10th about 3:30pm and was told the tech got in late and isn't done and would have it finished up in the morning 5/11/22. Again I urge Hugh I need my truck. So I go in to the shop after work on Thursday 11th 3:30pm and was told it's not done, at this time I came highly pissed off I tell Hugh to get my truck and get it now they have my truck out within 5min and it was not all taken apart as stated on Wednesday the 4th. So my truck was at your shop for 10 days and all you did was change the oil. Hugh Abbott is a lying piece. So because of this I will not be returning to Midway and I have bought cars there and have all the work done there. I will be going to another Chevy dealership. Dan

Chris was awesome. However, you have a serious problem with your scheduling department and/or software. When I arrived for my appointment, Chris could find no record of my appointment in your system. He still managed to get my vehicle in on time and out within the time promised by Austin in scheduling.
I called your scheduling phone number again while I was waiting for my vehicle service. I was told that Austin was not available that day, but another gentleman was able to find my appointment which Austin had made. He was unable to tell me where the breakdown was in communicating the appointment details to the local dealership.
