Jody has been wonderful. However, the quality of the actual warranty repair has been the opposite and completely dissatisfactory. Upon returning home from the dealership and 7 day repair, my truck leaks oil at a very high rate. Significantly more than prior to the repair and now my is no longer drivable. 5 stars for Jody. She took care of me. It was frustrating that the tech didn’t clear the error so the check engine light came back on. This requires a second trip. However Jody made sure I got a vehicle to drive and even had my truck detailed to make up for the inconvenience. She did a great job communicating with me the whole time and I felt like I was in good hands.
