Had a oil change and tire rotation and Tim my sales representative informed me that I needed 10 thousand dollar in repairs. I brought my car to Lexus 6 thousand miles earlier and these repairs were not suggested.
Tim was condescending and not thorough in explanation. After reading the invoice it stated I needed engine repairs. Had to come back for explanation.
I have always bought Lexus but now I am rethinking my loyalty after needing 10 thousand dollars of repairs on a car that has only 130 k. and well maintained. Looking at Kia SUV because of this experience.
