I am unsatisfied because of how long it took to have my vehicle fixed. I initially brought it in the week before with two days to get the work done. John informed me that they wouldn’t even be able to look at it until the next day. I thought to myself “why did I even make an appointment?” Since a rental wasn’t available to me I scheduled for the following week when I had more days available. I dropped off my truck and did not hear back until the evening before I needed to go into to work. I work 24 hour shifts and I was going to be at work the next three days. I was required to find transportation to and from work during that time. Five days later I heard what the outcome would be and I was offered a rental car a week after my vehicle had already been in. The vehicle was fixed and serviced to my satisfaction but like I shared, the timeline was not satisfactory. I understand that there are many challenges currently happening with staffing. I’m not seeking a call or follow up to this submission
