Hugh was very attentive and kept me informed about my service needs. He arranged for me to rent a vehicle while mine was waiting for service. He even helped me out personally by safeguarding my house key when I forgot it.

When the check engine light came on (30 days after the purchase of the vehicle and after buying the extra insurance) my wife brought it in and the people at the service shop said they didn’t know what the code meant. They then said it was something to do with the transmission. Then they told my wife they didn’t have a loner vehicle and that she was out of luck. My wife was rightfully concerned with driving her brand new vehicle with the check engine light on and it having something to do with her transmission. After going back and forth for a while she then called me and I asked to speak with a manager. They never got a manger and reluctantly got her a loaner vehicle while huffing and puffing about it. It was then at you service center for over a week. They then reported they had no idea what was wrong with it and said that the code cleared itself. Ok….she then came to pick up her new vehicle and your team scrutinized the loaner she returned and gave her back her new vehicle that was filthy on inside from people getting in and out of it and the vehicle smelled. When she brought this to their attention their said we don’t clean vehicles and said she brought it in that way. My wife keeps her vehicle immaculate. So to say our experience was horrible is an accurate statement. Thank you
