I highly recommend the current, foreign phone answering is discontinued for your service dept. To facilitate good customer service, an on-site representative would speak volumes. I did not purchase my vehicle from you. However, your phone queue system sends a negative message about your dealership, in my opinion. It says the customer is not that important after the sale. I’m certain that customer retention is at the top of your list company wide and this would go a long way in achieving customer satisfaction.

It took a week to change a thermostat and change the oil and possibly diagnose a high temp light indication...they called said they couldn't figure it out so I suggested it was maybe an intermittent thermostat...I had to suggest it...that seems weird...we will not be coming back to you guys...we have had issues with your facility over the years and you guys just don't know what your doing... Sorry...it has to be a management issue....
