My service adviser is always has been an excellent adviser. He's very detailed and courteous to his customers. And he makes sure you are fully aware of the work that will get done to the car. Hassan is excellent and even all the courtesy staff that meets the customers at the time of appointment and also during when the car is ready.

My vehicle was indeed serviced to my satisfaction & thanks to Jodie. She was instrumental in achieving that! I highly recommend the current, foreign phone answering is discontinued for your service dept. To facilitate good customer service, an on-site representative would speak volumes. I did not purchase my vehicle from you. However, your phone queue system sends a negative message about your dealership, in my opinion. It says the customer is not that important after the sale. I’m certain that customer retention is at the top of your list company wide and this would go a long way in achieving customer satisfaction.

It took a week to change a thermostat and change the oil and possibly diagnose a high temp light indication...they called said they couldn't figure it out so I suggested it was maybe an intermittent thermostat...I had to suggest it...that seems weird...we will not be coming back to you guys...we have had issues with your facility over the years and you guys just don't know what your doing... Sorry...it has to be a management issue....
