Hassan was very thorough and did a great job of communicating with me. He shared the items that needed to be serviced on my car. He also called me several times to let me know the status of my car. Outstanding service, attention to detail and communication skills.

It was very early and I always get additives, Robert Leininger was very attentive to my car history and reminded me. He kept me informed of the progress. Told me about my fob battery and where to put it should it go completely dead before I was able to purchase new batteries since they were out. My car is a 2016, well maintained by no one except Lincoln and they treated my car as if it was a 2022. Robert's inept customer service reminds me of why from Mansfield, TX I choose to come all the way to Grapevine although there's a Lincoln dealership closer to me. Grapevine, he should be celebrated on his customer service skills.
