I called in for an oil change on Thursday, and mentioned when I purchased the vehicle last year, your MCGE manager Karman Shak, asked me to bring the vehicle for 2 free services and oil change for the next 24 month. When I received the bill, I saw $95 was deducted from a 55k miles service and asked young man who was charging me, he insisted that was the credit for the free oil change, I just don’t have the time to argue. The worst part is I had the 55k miles service with Longo Lexus.

ichard was nice, he didn’t give me any updates during the two hours I was there. Also they rotated the tires but never checked the air pressure in the tires. My jeep has settings for the pressure to be higher in the back than in the front. So when they rotated the tires now the pressure in the front tires is higher than the back. So I will have to go and get this fixed or it will rub the tires in the wrong way because of the difference
