Richard is exactly what customer service should be. He was personable, took his time to make sure that everything was covered, said that he would call me later in the day and that is exactly what he did. Richard was exceptionable. I asked about other accessories and he took the time to find out from the Parts department which one of the younger gentlemen took me to. Richard should be a model for customer service.

Stetson’s focus on service and responsiveness is the ONLY thing that went right in our engagement. Enough for me to come back and be an Airpark customer as long as he is there. He was honest, eager to help, liaisoned with the tech and me and got back to me timely.
Jacob on the other hand was less than adequate. After calling 42 times in a 3 week period- being told he would call back. In that time Jacob called back once. Once. This does not include the times my own wife called. I spoke with several other service techs (Mike, etc) who all said Jacob would get back to me. He never did. One text, one call. Hell I had to utilize your chatbot to get an update on my car. Nothing!
Even after all that I still had to fix the foil manifold around my fuel tank. Still I think of Stetson and his quality of service I know I’ll be using his service for all my Jeep care now.
