Tim was awesome per usual. Did exactly what I asked. However, upon receiving my car, it was not washed properly. It looked like it wasn't washed at all. When I brought it up to the person who had my key fob, he went to look and told me I can use my nail to scratch off the bird feces and bugs. Very odd practice and felt like the shuttlers in the front need to be trained properly on how to address clients issues and concerns.

Had them serviced with you Saturday I was told you no longer give rides home if over 10 miles I live in Sun City West so I had to wait 3 hours for my oil change So I guess what you are saying is don’t buy from us because it’s to far away And for the 3rd time in a row you couldn’t do a courtesy wash
I be sure to let everyone know in Sun City that it’s just to far to come and buy a vehicle

Kyle helped me get my Trackhawk back in for a tire rotation (I forgot the lug nut key for the lock on my wheels the previous day while in for an oil change). He told me he'd get it done for me real quick and 36 minutes later the job was complete.
I greatly appreciate Kyle making sure the job was done so quickly. I had a lot of things to do yesterday with little time to spare. I will definitely be back and requesting Kyle, as I feel like I'm getting the VIP treatment.

I had a dead battery that needed replacement. After having called ahead and arranged an appointment with Adam for 9:30 am, I had my vehicle towed to Lexus. Unlike my many times dealing with RGD, who would call me to give an update within an hour or two, I received no call for hours. I called numerous times, during which either no one was available or there were no updates, I finally spoke to Tim about six hours after dropping off the car. I picked up the car at the end of the second day. Tim was as nice as could be when I met him in person and picked up the car. The issue was the failure of communication and updates along the way. I suspect that my vehicles was not even looked at until the late afternoon, which I understand. Yet someone needs to be transparent and provide updates. Thanks.
