I was told a speaker was replaced well it was not the one that had a problem. My SA deserves a 10 out of 10 as I appreciated the updates provided.

Kyle Heckathorn was outstanding. Firtst time at dealership for service on my 2016 Wrangler. Kyle walked me through the process, made sure everything was great, even gave my Jeep a great wash at no charge. Plus, Airpark got me a ride home and back with Lyft at no cost. I dropped my car off at 7am on 8/12/22 for a replacement part, oil change and tire rotation. I was told 3-4 hours. It is 8/13 732pm and I have not heard from you. Just sitting here letting g your service department hang itself. I did call sales Sunday evening and spoke to Lucas. He said he was going to pass message on to GM and Tim Linnemman.
Service is utter b.s!

Hi :-) should I head is at the end of the day when I went to pick up my truck Mr. Castillo was very busy with customers and I had to stand there and wait for a half hour to 40 minutes to get my truck cowboy not blaming him at all cause he was busy with other people around I’m sure could you give my hands a little quicker but actually I’m not dissatisfied at all you guys did a good job I appreciate the work thank you so much and will see you on the next service
