I had to return for service the tech that completed my service on my vehicle marked with yellow crayon that I had a screw in my front passenger tire didn't tell service advisor. So I had to return to get it fixed. The service advisor was great. Please make sure all tech go over with their advisor waht needs to be completed or what was completed. My husband was a prior technician at courtesy. Please don't let me down. I don't want to take my srrvice elsewhere.

My vehicle was in your shop for an entire week just to get a diagnosis of a problem. I’ll write this off to perhaps a confluence of being understaffed with mechanics during that week (as Alex mentioned) but if that ever happens again, you will lose this customer. If shop scheduling and capacity monitoring processes don’t have adequate contingency thresholds set, you can’t expect to service customers punctually. That erodes customer trust and starts us thinking about getting vehicle service elsewhere.

Immediately after the technician found out that he could not resolve the problem and had to wait until the next morning to consult with the Lexus technical center in the East Coast, Angelo informed me and arranged for a loaner vehicle so that I could go home. Next day the problem was duely resolved and I was advised my car was ready for pickup shortly before noon, Angelo also helped me to set up the seat position to suit me driving. While I was there, one of the service attendants also helped me resolve couple of technology issues with paired phone. He was very helpful and courteous.
